The building is situated in the northern part of the city center of
Athens in a quiet residential area. At this ideal location, an
impressive off-white building is under construction where it
emerges like a diamond in the wider area. The structure evolves
into five floors offering nine single bedroom apartments and
two double bedroom maisonettes. The philosophy of the
architecture is founded on simplicity emphasized by its large
rectangular balconies which embrace the building from the front
side while around them there are glass parapets as well as low
vegetation.
