The project is located in the northern part of Athens in the city center of Kifisia.

One of the wealthiest neighbourhoods of Athens, its trademarks are its cycling lanes, pedestrianised centre, impressive mansions, huge shopping centres and most importantly, its parks. Families head to the Goulandris Natural History Museum for exhibits on plant and animal life, and to Kifisias Park with its ponds and sculptures.

The structure evolves into three floors offering (ten) single & double bedroom apartments and (five) double bedroom maisonettes with a communal swimming pool based on the ground floor.
