The building is located in the southern part of Athens, close to the forthcoming project of Elliniko. Simultaneously it is positioned adjacent to the main shopping area of Eliniko and in direct coalition with the main trafic axes. The structure comprises of five levels with its orientation facing east. The two top floors view the coastal front of Athens and the saronic bay. The building is of a modern design with influences of contemporary European architecture visible.
