The approach to the design of the building was such so as to ensure the maximum possible view of both the sea and the mountain. To achieve this, its morphology is created by minimizing the solid closed surfaces. Its building materials are glass in most of the facades and white plaster in the small closed parts of the building. The curved balconies combined with the thin profile at the edge give them a light feel throughout the building.
