Our five storey building based in Glyfada the southern part of Athens is situated at an advantage walking distance location near the main roads. Its attractive structure is further accentuated by its graphic c shape design as it encompasses the communal pool positioned in the middle. Simultaneously the skillful use of its distinct building materials mergers it effortlessly with its surrounds. The main sector of the building evolves into five floors whilst the other sector into two. The unique design permits the majority of apartments to have the wonderful views of the pool, the gardens and the beautiful sea. The philosophy of the architecture is founded on simplicity emphasized by its horizontal protruding pillar constructions embellished with the prominent use of glass, giving the appearance of a three-dimensional work of art. Small recesses and protrusions incorporated on the exterior of the building and on its balconies create a composition of playful bright light versus calming shades that progressively detach from the large dimension of the construction.
